On another note, hopefully by tonight I’ll release a new version of GMailCompose that works with the standard left-clicking (optional, on by default).

Very nice job…

There was no way to escape from using IE because of my over-posting in forums IPB/PhpBB…. From now on, as it handles the issue, I may get rid of IE for while :)…

One more thing would be nice… - I know, I’m asking a lot - some function that include smileys’ code and the [list][/list function as well.

This is a wonderful hack. Though, one thing I’d love to see added is a feature to add your own bbcode’s. I’m on a few different forums in which admins have come up with their own hacks and are not published. Would be nice to be able to add them to the drop-down menu for easier use.

Also, how about adding a selection to add the IMG tag?

Other then that. BRAVO and great extension. I’ll be keeping an eye out for updates.

Im a newbie to Mozilla firefox. I do use forums quite often but I have been unable to use the extension in this one particular forum. Could it be something to do with the forum ? What could possibily cause this? if you can help then I might be able to notify the administrators there about it. thanks

Your admin may have that option turned off at that forum, if you notice,,this extension onlly shows when you are over a thread format pad, if it’s not recognized as one, no trigger for the extension. lol. Just a bluecollar man, that’s all I am!

Hi.

I’m the admin of a VBulletin Forum\Site and as much as I would like to use this extension there, it’s proven impossible to do.

I believe the extension doesn’t accept vbulletin forums, only phpbb ones. (I didn’t test on any others like invision.)

Would Jed please take a look at this? Thanks.

Adblock, gmail, and bbcode are pretty essential extensions if you forum, surf or use gmail.
I dont have the bbcode thing
I just type them
blasphemy, I know
it lets you right click and highlight to add in the bbcode, though its mostly only useful when you’re dropping copied links into it
