That is hysterical. You would think that they could get that right. But no. I get the biggest kick out of Microsoft.

MS FrontPage
Looks like they didn’t use FrontPage to create this banner ad. Look at this Microsoft skyscraper ad for FrontPage 2003: Notice anything? No? Hint: zoom in on line 28. Source: David Tenser [redemption in a blog]…

Someone should lose their job over that. Really.

Typo aside - this is a very good ad from MS. Self depreciating humor is a great idea in this case and I am going to go see if I can get a copy of MS FP 2003 right now to review.

Well, it took me a while to notice the / on line 28…because I first noticed the MACROMEDIA Dreamweaver javascript function “ONLOAD=MM_preload….” (frames 2-3)

Macromedia starts all function code with ‘MM_’ … I thought that was funny…then I noticed the dumb / on 28. :P

Ha ha! I just noticed that! Ah, the irony…and I use FrontPage to edit my website…it’s a good program, but with an ad like that, err…I don’t think anyone who doesn’t know HTML would catch that. But either way that’s funny.

That’s why they “said Frontpage”, and not “clean code”.
