I’d be willing to do this for my friend, but er… me and PayPal dont get along well… which is a shame. It always spits at me for some reason… if I can find someway of sorting out my relationship with PayPal, I’d love to enter the competition for my friend!

Going by what brian said, you could give it in time for any wp1.3 theme design competitions….

but if you ask me, anybody who enter such contests, would have their own hosting plans already.

I already have a weblog, but I think you should hand over the free accounts to WordPress themselves, and see if they can do some sort of contest. Alex King would be a good person to give them to as well… He’s good at doing contests, such as the best WP Style.
