@ Manuzhai: No, I mean double-click. Without any extensions, you open a tab by double-clicking the tab strip, but close by middle-clicking the tab, which is not very intuitive. With TBE’s 1001 options, you can of course set pretty much everything you want.

In Opera, it’s similar, but you can also open a tab by middle-clicking the tab strip. I could live with that, if it weren’t for my mainstream Logitech Pilot mouse that usually either ignores a middle-click with the wheel or falsely triggers a double-middle-click, closing two tabs instead of one.

If Firefox would allow both double-click and middle-click for both operations, everybody should be happy.
