Try Tengun Networks. They have very low prices, however they restrict SSH and Telnet access. Good luck!

dreamhost.com is simply the best. I signed there on Hixie's advice and never regretted it. Mozilla Europe signed there on my advice and they love it. Let me know if you sign with them, there's a referral program.

Had you considered that if you optimised your html/rss then you could decrease the bandwidth you use. I don't get many hits (a few hundred a day), and I saved quite a large amount of bandwidth.

I'm really grooving on Textdrive. It's run by some very smart people and does some stuff that isn't easy to come by in a shared environment.

Support is absolutely top notch.

I use TWSites.com they are very reliable. I am not sure they have the UML features and stuff but you should definitely talk to them, you might be able to work something out. I know they can give ssh accounts and stuff. The big plan with all the stuff pretty much unlimited is less than $24 USD. If decide to use them please let me know because they offer a program where I can get a discount on my site for referring somebody.

The same question was asked by a host of the TechTV show, The Screensavers. He got over 200 comments regarding the hosts that his readers use and it was pretty interesting.

It gave me some ideas for when my plan is up, so I hope that you will find it useful as well.

I'd recommend taking a look at Hard Hat Hosting. They've been nothing but spectacular for both my business and personal needs. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me (via my blog).
