26 Apr 2004Just a note in case someone wonders why this site is down or looks kinda funky in the next 24 hours (or so), I’m changing servers yet again.
Update: after some problems with DNS (there wasn’t a SOA resource record), we’re finally at the new server. Write me if you notice something missing or just plain wrong.

I think Roshambo is an anglicization is Rochambeau, otherwise known as rock-paper-scissors. I’m not sure why “Roshambo,” other than that it sounds a little like Rocha, my family name.
Anyway, in all seriousness, this really is my favorite site. Just check your logs, you’ll see :) . Thanks for a great blog.

Karinne: Yes that probably is the problem. I’m thinking of ditching the styleswitcher, actually. I haven’t had an alternate style for this long anyway.
Roshambo: Ah… Does “Roshambo” mean anything? Anyway, you can’t be serious that this is your favorite site! If you are being serious, I am thoroughly honored and flat out flattered. But you seriously can’t be serious – I’m not a very interesting blogger.

yes… i think it was a problem with the styleswitcher. I might have been to your site before an chose a different style that you deleted ot somethin?!?

I’m from Los Angeles. Roshambo isn’t my real name; Mike Buzzard nicknamed me Roshambo while we were working on a project together a couple of years ago.
Anyway, I’ve been around, just not commenting much I guess. Believe it or not this is my favorite site.

Oh oh… I see what you mean. I thought you didn’t get my CSS (as in you didn’t understand it). And that it was ugly CSS.

The styleswitcher seems to be a probable cause of that. I only get these problems on my sites when I use the styleswitcher.

It’s an EV1 dedicated server, yes. But still sharing with friends with busy websites (unlike mine).
Anyway, haven’t seen you around for a while Roshambo :). Where are you from? Because Roshambo is an uncommon name.
